Aimée believes that Pilates has endless health benefits. Her philosophy towards the body, to name a few, is to bring internal muscular awareness to the form, safe rehabilitation of joint and spinal injuries, prevention of Muscular injuries, her approach stems from an emphasis on developing breathing techniques, lengthening and promoting healthy posture, as well as maintaining or sculpturing the shape of the body. This of course includes a mindfulness towards movements to strengthen the mind and body for years to come.
Her love for Pilates is centred around Pilates being applied to varied physical standards and shapes. This form can be tailored to any person’s particular need; any individual can start this incredible exercise at any age or at any stage of physical conditioning.
